Charges and Fees
We charge a 5% processing fee on each booking, which covers our fees and the charges associated with payments made by credit or debit cards. Bookings for non-chargeable services, incur a £0.49p fee per booking.
Charges can be added to the patients’ bill, or absorbed by the practice or organisation.
Support & Training
However you access the service, unlimited support and training for you and your staff is included in the price, as well as support for your users when they manage meals with our system.
Setup and Customisation
All plans include enough setup time to configure most common approaches. If you need extra customisation, we can train you, or carry out customisations for an additional fee.
